The kitchen with its built-in pantry contains all necessary equipment.The outdoor café-restaurant (50 m2) is situated above the restaurant and is covered by a 40m2 pergola. The swimming pool (14x11 m), changing facilities, pool bar and barbeque complete this particular level.The third block of buildings consists of 6 family apartments, two 3-bed rooms and 2 double rooms, all with spacious bathrooms.The fourth block consists of 2 maisonettes (150 m2 each) plus two apartments built on top of the maisonettes.The second compound was completed and ready for operation in 2001 and consists of 20 double rooms with fully equipped bathrooms and verandas (10 m2), all overlooking the sea, plus one 5-bed apartment and two 3-bed rooms for stuff accommodation. It is possible to expand an additional 320 m2.The hotel has not been operating for the last 10 years, so some repairs will be unavoidable. It can operate all year round with the main period April-October.
